Inclusive value creation as an opportunity

The challenge

In preparation of the new 2020 corporate strategy, the insurer wished to explore the opportunity for inclusive value creation across different business units.

Approach

i-propeller identified  key opportunities and potential approaches for inclusive value creation across the business, using the results of client interviews and industry analysis.  i-propeller then developed a high-level roadmap towards inclusive value creation, in alignment with current capabilities of the insurer. The final roadmap was delivered in a workshop with key members of management to inspire action and obtain agreement on the insurer’s future positioning vis-à-vis inclusive value creation.

Impact

i-propeller provided key members of management with a better understanding of the inherent opportunity that is represented by inclusive value creation, together with a  feasible approach for the company to move forward.
