Johan Moyersoen

Johan Moyersoen is co-founder of iPropeller and currently acts as Executive Board Member and Senior Advisor. He is a serial social entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in developing social and environmental business / service concepts that have been applied in a range of fields.

With over a decade of experience in social impact and sustainability advisory services, Johan has worked across the for-profit non-profit divide, both within and outside of Belgium. He is currently heavily involved in the re-thinking and re-calibration of business and operating models in the social welfare and healthcare space in Belgium.

Johan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Ghent University and a Master’s degree in Social & Cultural Anthropology from the University of Leuven (KUL). He is also holder of a Graduate degree in Regional Science from Cornell University, USA. He has been editor of the journal Peace Economics, Peace Science and Public Policy at Berkeley Electronic Press, as well as coordinator of the European Network of European Peace Scientists. He has published multiple articles on topics such as conflict management, social innovation, and regional development. Most recently, he co-authored Allemaal Sociaal 3.0.
